We're looking for a few dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Floor Installers . No prior flooring experience is required just bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and we'll provide the training.

Responsibilities:

Assist with hardwood floor installation, sanding, and finishing Prepare job sites and handle materials Learn to safely use power tools and installation equipment Maintain a clean and professional work area Follow instructions and work closely with experienced installers

Qualifications:

No flooring experience required, we train on the job Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to and from job sites Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Punctual, respectful, and professional Valid driver's license
