Fayette, MO, 65248 We are looking for an experienced bathroom remodeling contractor/crew to complete a bathroom renovation.
SCOPE OF WORK
Demolition Carefully remove existing shower door — door must be saved and reused Remove existing baseboards Remove vanity Remove toilet Remove existing flooring Remove rotted/damaged subfloor, primarily around the toilet Subfloor Install new 1/2" OSB subfloor Ensure floor is properly supported, level, and ready for new flooring Shower Install new shower pan Install new smooth shower wall panels Panels to run floor-to-ceiling, approximately 10 ft high Minimal seams No tile and no grout lines Shower panels and pan are based on the products selected from Home Depot Properly waterproof and seal the shower installation Flooring & Trim Install new vinyl plank flooring Flooring Install new baseboards Replace all bathroom trim Remove existing crown molding and do NOT replace it No painting Reinstallation Reinstall toilet Reinstall vanity Carefully reinstall/reuse existing shower door Ensure all fixtures are properly secured and functioning
MATERIALS
The bid should be based on the shower pan and smooth shower wall panels selected from Home Depot . Homeowner has specifically approved a smooth, minimal-seam panel system and does not want tile or grout lines.
SCHEDULE
Bathroom work is expected to take approximately 2 days . PM will contact homeowner within 1-2 days after deposit clears to coordinate scheduling.
