Rug Doctor is hiring a skilled, reliable Repair Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in getting machines back to "like-new." If you're mechanically inclined, like troubleshooting, and want steady weekday work where your output is recognized, this role is a great fit. You'll service, repair, and refurbish professional carpet-cleaning equipment in our Hazelwood facility; helping keep products ready for customers nationwide. Starting pay is $21.00/hr , with opportunities to earn up to $24.00/hr through productivity-based incentives. RD2026 What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on carpet-cleaning equipment
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and refurbishments on rental and professional machines
- Test, clean, and prep equipment for shipment
- Maintain an organized, safe work area
- Assist with general warehouse organization as needed (approximately 5% of workday) What You Bring
