Contract HTC Commercial Flooring is seeking experienced commercial flooring subcontractors and installation crews for upcoming projects throughout the Kansas City area. Qualified subcontractors should have experience completing commercial flooring installations safely, accurately and according to project schedules. We are looking for dependable partners who value quality workmanship, clear communication and long-term professional relationships. Responsibilities Install commercial flooring according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines Complete projects within established schedules Communicate project progress, jobsite conditions and potential concerns Maintain clean, organized and safe jobsites Follow all project-specific safety requirements Coordinate effectively with project managers and field supervisors Preferred Installation Experience Carpet tile and broadloom carpet Luxury vinyl tile and plank Sheet vinyl and resilient flooring Ceramic and porcelain tile Wall base Flooring demolition and removal Floor preparation and moisture mitigation Requirements Previous commercial flooring installation experience Established and reliable installation crew Current Certificate of Insurance Completed W-9 Proper tools, equipment and reliable transportation Ability to meet project schedules and deadlines Professional references Photos or examples of completed commercial flooring projects Compensation This is an independent subcontractor opportunity.
