Flooring Installation Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flooring Installation Manager to lead our flooring installation projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of flooring installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in installation will drive successful project execution, motivate your team, and uphold our commitment to excellence in the flooring industry. Duties Demonstrate the ability to manage subcontracted installers to install products effectively and profitably. Recruit new subcontracted installers. Build and maintain business relationships with flooring installation contractors. Assist customers with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Develops and recommends improvements to the current installation process. Ability to implement plans to meet company expectations. Continuously improves the systems and processes used to deliver outputs. Review's performance results periodically and takes necessary actions to meet plan expectations. Visits job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe the installation process; periodic phone updates to keep abreast of job completion status.+ Handle the claims process with flooring suppliers. Interacts with other company managers to learn how to support and improve the customer journey. Requirements 3+ years' experience in the installation, construction, service, or home improvement industry. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Technical knowledge of installation techniques and floor prep requirements. Ability to manage multiple activities and use resources creatively. Analytical/problem-solving skills. Communications skills - verbal, written, especially to customers. Basic computer skills with experience using email and MSO products. Ability to be an effective team player.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
