Crawlspace Medic and Basement Pros is officially open for business, and we are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to help us build our reputation from the ground up. We specialize in crawlspace remediation, basement waterproofing, and structural repair. If you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and want to be part of a growing local company, we want to hear from you! We are currently hiring for two key positions: 1. Lead Production Installer (Full-Time) As the Lead, you are the "boots on the ground" face of our company. You'll be responsible for overseeing the job site, managing the crew, and ensuring every installation meets our high-quality standards.

The Role:

Lead crews through vapor barrier installations, sump pump setups, and structural repairs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction, waterproofing, or foundation repair is a must. You should have strong leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and a problem-solving mindset.

The Goal:

Ensure the job is done right the first time and the customer is 100% satisfied. 2. Production Installer (Part-Time) Perfect for someone looking for flexible hours or a way to break into the industry. You'll work alongside our Lead Installer to get the job done.

The Role:

Assist with site prep, material handling, and installation tasks.

Requirements:

Must be physically fit, able to work in tight spaces (crawlspaces/basements), and have a positive, "can-do" attitude. No specific experience required—we will train the right person! Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying fairly for hard work.

Pay Rate:
