Full Job Description Residential Tile & Repair Contractor Job Location:

Yazoo City, MS Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled contractors to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Porcelain Tile Installation:

Prepare and install customer-selected Florida Tile Home Collection Gray Matte porcelain tile in the kitchen and living room. Contractor is responsible for standard installation materials, proper layout, cuts, mortar, grout, spacers, and finishing.

Fascia Board Replacement:

Remove and dispose of damaged/rotted fascia board caused by rain exposure. Install new replacement material, properly secure and seal it, and finish to provide a durable, weather-resistant repair. Match the surrounding color, white where applicable.

Minor Handyman Repairs:

Complete minor additional repairs as needed, including the previously discussed fence repair, within the approved scope.

Cleanup:

Remove all project debris and construction waste and leave the work areas clean upon completion.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of trade experience Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Experience with porcelain tile installation and exterior trim/fascia repairs preferred Must be able to provide before, during, and after photos Must complete work in a professional and workmanlike manner PAY $1500.00 for the entirety of the job.
