Tile Installer & Handyman Services Job Location:

Yazoo City 39194 Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Remove damaged/rotted frieze board (rain exposure damage) and replace with new matching material — secure, seal, and finish to a durable weather-resistant standard, color matched to surrounding trim (white) Install porcelain tile in the kitchen and living room, including subfloor preparation and standard installation materials
• Complete minor additional handyman repairs as needed, including a fence repair
• Remove all project debris and leave work areas clean upon completion

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2+ years of trade experience
• Must have tools necessary to complete the job
• Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
• Take before, during, and after photos PAY $1373.

00 for entire project. Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period. Do great work and there's more where this came from. We reward reliable, quality crews with repeat projects nationwide.
