Jashaun's Solutions LLC is seeking dependable commercial cleaning contractors for client locations in Buncombe, Henderson, Transylvania, and Rutherford counties. Assignments are primarily part-time during evenings and weekends, based on account needs and contractor availability.

Responsibilities may include:

Cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, floors, and common areas Removing trash and restocking supplies Completing site-specific cleaning checklists Communicating promptly and protecting client privacy Providing consistent, detail-focused service This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Selected contractors must submit a W-9 and complete an independent contractor agreement before placement. Pay is $16-$18 per hour depending on experience, assignment, and transportation arrangement. Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation is required when an assignment calls for it.
