EXPERIENCED TILE & GROUT PROFESSIONAL WANTED

The Grout Medic of Asheville is a new locally owned franchise serving homeowners throughout the Asheville area. We are looking for an experienced Tile Installer / Grout Restoration Technician who can perform professional tile, grout, and caulking work with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who already has hands-on experience with tile installation, tile repair, regrouting, caulking, shower restoration, or similar residential tile work, takes pride in craftsmanship, understands how to work professionally inside customers' homes, and completes jobs correctly the first time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Tile installation Tile repair and replacement Regrouting showers, floors, backsplashes, and other tiled surfaces Removing and replacing silicone caulk Shower and bathroom tile restoration Grout cleaning and color sealing Minor tile-related water damage repairs Diagnosing common tile, grout, and caulking issues Maintaining clean and organized job sites Communicating professionally with homeowners Taking before-and-after job photos and documenting completed work Following The Grout Medic's quality and service standards

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Professional tile, grout, remodeling, or related skilled-trade experience is required. Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Tile installation Tile repair and replacement Regrouting Shower restoration Silicone caulking Bathroom remodeling Flooring installation Grout restoration Residential construction or skilled trades We are not looking for someone who needs to be taught the trade from the ground up.
