Tile Installer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tile Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing tiles across a variety of residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help transform spaces, creating beautiful, durable surfaces that meet client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately according to project plans. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar for tile installation. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and install tiles with precision. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure correct placement and alignment. Perform related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinet installation, painting, waterproofing, framing, drywall installation, flooring installation. Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling materials and disposing of debris in compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with other trades and co-workers during remodeling projects to ensure seamless integration of work. Skills Proven experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and construction site work. Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., trowels, chisels) and power tools (e.g., saws, drills). Familiarity with schematics, fixtures installation, caulking techniques, and trim carpentry. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions. Skilled in using construction tools and appropriate remodeling procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in all aspects of tile installation.
