In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of installation tasks across different project sites, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential remodels, utilizing a broad skill set to bring customers visions to life. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and possesses a strong foundation in construction/concrete techniques and tools. Responsibilities Read and interpret contracts and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks. Install epoxy stone flooring to a variety of locations and surfaces with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools, and occasionally heavy equipment safely and effectively. Conduct constant inspection to ensure compliance with project specifications., Collaborate with project managers and team leads to coordinate schedules and ensure timely project completion. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in contract overview and schematics interpretation. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of various construction disciplines including plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, and tile laying. (preffered) Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites; OSHA certification is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
