Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resin/Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of Resin flooring materials in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Duties:
- Install various types of resin flooring materials, including Epoxy and Polysapartic coatings
- Prepare concrete surfaces for installation of basecoat by using a grinder
- Prepare by leveling, cleaning, and removing any existing flooring or debris
- Install moisture barriers as needed
- Use appropriate hand and power tools and equipment to install flooring materials accurately and efficiently
- Mix and apply resinous coatings in residential and commercial concrete substrate settings
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control
- Inspect completed installations for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role
- Knowledge of different resin flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
