Duties Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately according to project specifications and blueprints Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar Assist with the installation of flooring, fixtures, cabinets, and trim carpentry as needed Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete tile work efficiently Read schematics and blueprints to ensure precise placement and alignment of tiles Support restoration projects including water damage repair, floor care, and industry-specific restoration tasks Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly Skills Experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading to plan projects effectively Proficiency in flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and fixture installation techniques Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and floor care practices Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, levels, saws, and power tools for precise work Background in carpentry, remodeling, concrete finishing, or construction painting is a plus Familiarity with schematics for schematic reading related to fixtures or cabinetry installation Ability to work on construction sites safely while adhering to industry standards and protocols Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship!
