European Tile Construction LLC is looking for a reliable part-time helper for residential tile installation and bathroom remodeling projects in Wilmington and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload tile, tools, and materials Mix thinset and grout Assist with demolition, waterproofing, floor preparation, and tile installation Make basic cuts and safely use construction tools Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean job site Clean tools and remove debris at the end of the day

Requirements:

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Reliable transportation to different job sites Able to lift approximately 50 pounds Comfortable working on your feet and knees Able to follow instructions and work carefully Respectful while working inside customers' homes Tile or construction experience is preferred but not required This is a part-time daytime position, generally Monday through Friday. Workdays and hours may vary depending on current projects. Approximately 15-30 hours per week. Pay is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and ability. Tools and on-the-job training are provided. Additional hours may become available for a reliable worker.
