Must have transportation and driver's license Duties Support lead installers by preparing work areas, including measuring spaces and organizing tools and materials. Assist with manual handling of heavy flooring materials, ensuring safe lifting and positioning during installation. Use hand tools and power tools to help cut, shape, and secure flooring materials according to project specifications. Interpret technical drawings to understand installation plans for flooring Support the cleanup process post-installation by vacuuming floors and ensuring the work area is tidy and ready for client inspection. Experience Prior experience in construction or remodeling projects is highly preferred. Familiarity with flooring installation techniques including carpet laying. Hands-on experience with hand tools such and measuring devices. Construction site experience demonstrating understanding of safety standards and proper handling of building materials. Ability to follow detailed instructions from project plans while maintaining a proactive approach to learning new skills in the restoration industry or flooring sector.
