Help homeowners transform their garages, basements, retail spaces and concrete surfaces with durable, professional-grade epoxy flooring systems. Team members will also be crossed trained in foundation waterproofing and crawlspace encapsulations projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. What you'll do as an

Epoxy Installer:

Inspect concrete for cracks, surface damage, and other conditions requiring repair before installation. Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and crack repair. Mix and apply premium epoxy primers, base coats, decorative flake systems, and UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats according to company standards. Install decorative chip/flake flooring systems with attention to detail and quality. Ensure every installation meets our high standards for quality, appearance, and durability. Safely operate grinders, mixers, vacuums, hand tools, and other installation equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an exceptional customer experience. Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Epoxy Installer:

Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic Experience Required . Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality results. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn specialized installation techniques. Comfortable working on your feet, kneeling, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to left 70-100 pounds. Ability to get in and out of basements. Ability to understand English.
