Job Description:

Wood floor installer and refinishers Responsibilities include:

• Subfloor preparation, layout, and installation of hardwood flooring.
• The ideal candidate/team member will also have experience in sanding, hand scraping, and finishing wood floors, but willing to train the right candidate.

JOB DUTIES

• Clearly and effectively communicate with the project manager.
• Preparation of the subfloor.
• The application of moisture barriers.
• The installation of unfinished wood.
• Sanding, coloring, and finishing wood floors.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• The ability to complete custom wood floor projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the hardwood flooring trade.
• Clean driving record & the right candidate must have a valid driver license.
