Absolute Floors is looking for an experienced and versatile Flooring Installer to handle small flooring installations, repair work, and service projects throughout Southern New Hampshire and the Greater Boston area . This position is ideal for a skilled flooring professional who enjoys working independently and has experience with multiple flooring types. You will handle a variety of residential flooring projects, including LVP (luxury vinyl plank) installation and repairs, carpet repairs, tile repairs, and minor hardwood floor touch-ups . We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can complete projects efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring Perform carpet stretching, patching, and repairs Complete tile repairs and small tile installation projects Handle minor hardwood floor repairs and refinishing touch-ups Complete residential flooring service calls and smaller installation projects Evaluate job requirements and provide quality solutions Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Requirements:

Proven experience as a flooring installer or flooring repair technician Strong knowledge of multiple flooring types, including LVP, carpet, tile, and hardwood Ability to work independently and complete jobs from start to finish Reliable transportation Own basic flooring tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication and problem-solving skills
