We clean both residential homes and commercial properties. Applicants must be comfortable working inside customers' homes as well as businesses. This is a good opportunity for someone looking for flexible, additional work. Hours will vary based on the jobs we have scheduled. Types of Jobs You May Help With Our services include: Regular residential house cleaning Commercial cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in and move-out cleaning One-time/drop cleaning jobs Junk and debris removal Apartment and rental-property turnovers Carpet extraction Upholstery cleaning Commercial floor care Strip and wax services Floor buffing/burnishing Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Bathroom and kitchen cleaning Window and glass cleaning Other general cleaning duties as needed Some jobs may only require basic cleaning, while others may involve heavier move-out cleaning, junk removal, carpet extraction, or commercial floor work. Experience with carpet extraction, stripping and waxing, or commercial floor buffers is a plus. Training may be provided for the right person. Transportation Requirement

A RELIABLE PERSONAL VEHICLE IS REQUIRED.

Schedule On-Call / Part-Time / As Needed This is not a guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position. We are looking for someone we can contact when additional help is needed for: Move-outs Residential cleaning Commercial cleaning Junk removal Deep cleaning Carpet extraction Floor-care projects Larger cleaning jobs As A&L Spotless Solutions LLC continues to gain customers and contracts, dependable team members may have opportunities for additional hours.

Pay Starting pay:

$16.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience, job responsibilities, and specialty floor-care experience. Applicants with experience in carpet extraction, stripping and waxing floors, and operating commercial floor equipment are encouraged to mention that experience when applying.
