We specialize in mid to high-end remodels — not 1-day systems. Most of the guys who work with us stick around because the work is steady, expectations are clear, and the pay reflects it.

Our standard is simple:

every finished bathroom needs to be intentional, professional, and showroom-quality. If your background is primarily acrylic "1-day bath" installs, this is likely not the right fit.

Position:

Lead Bathroom Install Technician (1099) We are looking for high-level installers only — individuals who can run a job from demo to completion with minimal oversight. This is not an entry-level role. Required Experience (Do Not Apply Without This) 3+ years recent, hands-on bathroom remodeling experience Strong in both carpentry AND plumbing Comfortable with: Shower/tub installs (custom + solid surface preferred) Valve installs, supply lines, drains Subfloor repair / leveling Framing modifications LVP/LVT flooring Vanity + fixture installation Basic electrical (fans, lights) If your experience is limited to: Acrylic snap-together systems "1-day bath" installs General handyman work Do not apply. What You'll Be Doing Full bathroom remodels (light to mid-level scope) Shower systems (Onyx Collection + similar solid surface products) Occasional tub installs and conversions Flooring, vanities, toilets, trim, drywall repair Managing your own jobs efficiently You are expected to: Show up prepared Work clean Communicate professionally Most importantly: your finished work needs to be intentional, professional, and showroom-quality. We are not a "good enough" company. Logistics Work primarily in Syracuse suburbs (Cicero, Clay, Liverpool, Camillus, Manlius, Fayetteville, DeWitt, etc.) Occasional regional travel (hotel provided) Must have: Reliable vehicle Trailer (required) Your own tools Ability to pick up / handle materials as needed Compensation $2,000

• $5,000+ per week Top installers: $100k
• 200k+ Paid per job (task-based structure) Weekly direct deposit Hire your own helper to increase speed and earnings.

Schedule Expectations Typically 5 days/week Occasional weekends required to stay on schedule Important We are building a team of serious professionals.
