We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in epoxy, polyaspartic, concrete prep, and flake systems. This is not an entry-level role, and it is not for someone who wants to "learn the trade" from scratch. We want someone who already knows how to work, move with urgency, handle tools properly, and turn out clean finished floors without constant supervision.
