Weekend RN/Charge Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical history. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic. Perform specialized procedures including spinal taps, as needed. Participate in case management for patients requiring additional support or resources. Provide care in various settings including emergency room, medical-surgical units, occupational health, and pediatrics. Also seeking RN supervisors Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic is advantageous. Previous experience in pediatrics or toddler care is a plus. Strong case management skills are desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
