Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpet and Flooring Installer to join our start up team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, and epoxy floors, ensuring high-quality results that meet safety standards and client specifications. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship, delivering exceptional flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the flooring industry. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing subfloors to ensure optimal adhesion and durability of flooring materials. Install various flooring types such as carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, epoxy coatings, and laminate with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Operate carpet and flooring installation tools safely to cut, shape, and secure flooring materials according to specifications. Perform floor refinishing tasks including sanding, buffing, sealing, and water damage restoration to restore or enhance existing floors. Skills Proficiency in installing diverse flooring materials such as epoxy floors, carpets, vinyls, hardwoods, tiles, trim carpentry. Skilled in the use of carpet and flooring installation tools. Ability to handle manual tasks including lifting heavy materials safely during installation. Experience in water damage restoration and floor care techniques to repair or replace damaged flooring efficiently. Pay:
