Commercial Flooring Installer

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience with positive references
• Ability to work independently, or on a team, as needed
• Experience installing LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) , VCT, LVT, Ceramic TIle
• Professional appearance, excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Must have self-discipline, with an "on-time," and, "ready to work," attitude
• Ability to multi-task with strict deadlines
• Must have his/her own basic tools Duties include:
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans and blueprints
• Work with complex power tools, such as tile saws, carpet and vinyl cutters
• Measuring and marking materials for flooring installs
• Perform installation of commercial flooring including:

Prepping Floors:

Level and float floors Install the following flooring:

LVP VCT LVT

Carpet tile Ceramic tile Installation of vinyl and carpet base also required

• Ability to lift 80+ pounds
