CNC Programmer 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Euclid, OH 44123 Up to $40 an hour - Full-time In-finite Search Solutions 2 reviews Up to $40 an hour - Full-time We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to lead complex CNC programming and machining processes from development through production. This role is responsible for optimizing machine performance, improving cycle times, reducing setup and production costs, and ensuring stable, high-quality manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize multi-axis and multi-operation CNC programs using GibbsCAM. Program Swiss, mill-turn, and CNC multi-spindle machines. Lead machine prove-outs, first-article inspections (FAI), and process stabilization efforts. Improve cycle times, tool life, setup efficiency, and machine utilization. Create and enhance setup sheets to reduce changeover time and minimize risk. Identify and eliminate sources of scrap, variation, and rework. Lead continuous improvement and SMED projects with measurable cost savings. Make technical decisions that impact quality, throughput, and production efficiency.
Qualifications:
4-7 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience with multi-axis machining, Swiss machining, mill-turn, or multi-spindle equipment preferred. Advanced understanding of GD&T, cutting mechanics, SPC, and capability analysis. Ability to read, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs manually. Advanced GibbsCAM experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage and improve complex machining processes.
Pay:
Up to $40.00 per hour
