Tile Installer/Carpenter / Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with tile installation,framing, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing to create sturdy structures according to project specifications Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as cutting, shaping, and installing materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks as needed on-site Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, flooring, tile, and other building components with precision Conduct heavy lifting and assist with fabrication, assembly, and installation of various construction elements Skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry and construction environments Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project implementation Experience with tile installation, construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing Knowledge of concrete forming techniques, plastering, caulking, siding installation, and water damage restoration processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repair tasks Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work basics, masonry techniques, and fixture installation is a plus Hands-on experience working on construction sites or within the restoration industry demonstrates reliability and technical competence This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a versatile skill set in construction while contributing to impactful projects.
