Gold Tree Property Management, Inc. - Richland County, Ohio Gold Tree Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable renovation finisher to join our growing team. We specialize in project renovations, property flips, apartment upgrades, and are expanding into new construction. Our mission is to create fresh, modern, and welcoming living spaces while providing excellent customer service to our residents and short-term rental guests. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in their craft and can work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in: Framing, trimming, and finishing work Installing flooring, cabinetry, windows, and doors Drywall installation, repair, and finishing Reading and following blueprints or project plans Painting and basic maintenance of current properties Demolition and prep work for renovations Willingness to expand into related tasks as needed (e.g., laying tile, siding, assisting in other trades) Compensation & Schedule $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position starts as a 1099 independent contractor, those who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, reliability, and alignment with our values will have the opportunity for long-term W-2 employment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience Must be able to manage many of the listed job functions independently Training will be provided to hone and refine skills, but this is not an entry-level position Experience in carpentry: framing, trim, finishing, cabinetry, and general construction work Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record Must bring own basic power and hand tools (larger tools and supplies provided) Must be reliable, honest, and have attention to detail Professional presentation and ability to interact positively with tenants, vendors, and professional associates Ability to work independently and as part of a team All candidates must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and good demeanor Flexibility to learn additional skills as needed Gold Tree Property Management, INC is a equal opportunity employer.
