The primary focus of this role is on painting, laying luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, and installing cove base. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed. Apply paint and finishes with precision to ensure smooth, professional results. Measure, cut, and install luxury Vinyl Plank flooring accurately according to project specifications. Install cove base along walls and floors to achieve seamless transitions and a polished look. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project. Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times during renovation activities. Requirements Proven experience in painting, flooring installation (specifically luxury Vinyl Plank), and cove base installation. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in all renovation tasks. Ability to read and interpret project plans or instructions. Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor efficiently. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential. Knowledge of safety procedures related to renovation work environments. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic setting. Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
