Flooring Installer

Job Summary seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials with precision and care, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare subfloor surfaces by demoing, cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed to ensure proper adhesion of flooring materials Measure and cut flooring materials accurately using hand tools and power tools, following detailed blueprints and schematics Install various types of flooring including laminate, lvp , enginere, tile, and vct with attention to detail and quality standards Use caulking, trimming, and finishing techniques to create seamless transitions Conduct inspections throughout the project to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality expectations Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction roles with a strong understanding of construction site practices Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on construction sites Knowledge of various flooring materials installations Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Join us in creating beautiful spaces through expert flooring installation!
