Temporary Tile Installer Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for flooring installation and tile laying, ensuring precise and high-quality workmanship. This role involves preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting tiles accurately, and installing various types of flooring to meet client specifications. The Tile Installer will play a key role in transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Duties Install flooring materials, including tiles, in residential and commercial settings Lay tiles with precision, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and adhesion Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and measuring to ensure a smooth installation process Cut tiles accurately using appropriate tools to fit edges, corners, and around fixtures Follow project specifications and safety guidelines throughout each phase of installation Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction with the finished work Maintain a clean work environment and properly handle all tools and materials Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or corrections Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation and tile laying preferred Knowledge of different tile types, adhesives, grouts, and installation techniques Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and technical drawings accurately Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment Join our team as a Tile Installer if you are passionate about creating beautiful, durable flooring solutions through expert tile installation.
