Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper subfloor conditions for flooring installation. Measure and cut flooring materials accurately using hand tools and power tools. Install various types of flooring according to manufacturer specifications, schematics, and blueprints. Use caulking, trim carpentry, and finishing techniques to create seamless edges and professional-looking results. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient installation processes. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Experience with construction management practices and construction site safety protocols. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels, as well as power tools required for flooring installation. Knowledge of related trades including carpentry, tile laying Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when necessary on larger projects. Strong understanding of construction inspection procedures and quality control standards. Experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on flooring projects involving tile laying or hardwood installation.

Pay:
