Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Flooring Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and oversee all aspects of flooring projects. In this role, you will coordinate installation schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship across various flooring types. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job site. Duties 3-5 years of flooring experience required

• Organize work processes and daily work assignments with the Team
• Coordinate Inspections of job sites with the Operations Team
• Manage the installation calendar, schedule installers to jobs
• Ensure a quality installation for all jobs each day in coordination with the Operations Team
• Measure apartment units
• Ensure Installation crews adhere to OSHA and Safety requirements
• Assist with Warehouse management and operations
• Work with Customers to solve issues with installations before and during jobs
• Perform morning Load Out - go over work orders with installers, ensure they have all materials and tools to perform the jobs for the day.
• Forklift certified a plus but will train Must be bi-lingual English / Spanish
• Must have clean driving record and active driver license
• Work Saturday in rotations with other Ops Mgrs.

Skills Proven expertise in vinyl, carpet, and lvt flooring installation. Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and floor care maintenance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality control standards.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
