Responsibilities:

Strip, clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces Operate high speed floor burnishers, rotary scrubbers Operate carpet cleaning equipment Low moisture encapsulation Hot water extraction Apply cleaning solvents Apply safe waste disposal procedures Construction cleaning Specialty cleaning

Qualifications:

Carpet cleaning: 1 year (Required) Floor care: 1 year (Required) Must possess a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the US Ability to use cleaning solutions and equipment

Physical Requirements:

Lift and operate machines and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Pay:

$20-24 per hour

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am
