Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of remodeling, including construction, tile laying, power tool operation, painting, blueprint reading, frame carpentry, flooring installation, fabrication, restoration, and hardscape work.Duties:
- Execute remodeling projects according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform tile laying, frame carpentry, and flooring installation tasks
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct construction painting and hardscape work as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Fabricate and restore various elements as required
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction site work and remodeling tasks
- Experience with tile laying, frame carpentry, and flooring installation
- Competence in operating power tools for various tasks
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with fabrication and restoration processes
