Your craftsmanship will help create beautiful, durable environments for our clients, while adhering to safety protocols and construction best practices. Duties Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring, leveling subfloors, and ensuring proper surface conditions for installation. Install carpet as stretch in over pad or glue direct installations. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and secure flooring materials. Perform manual handling of heavy materials and equipment while maintaining safety standards on construction sites. Follow building installation safety compliance guidelines during all phases of work to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others.
