If you've worked in construction, flooring, roofing, painting, landscaping, concrete, warehouse, or general labor, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing skilled trade. No epoxy flooring experience? No problem. We are willing to train hardworking, reliable people with strong work ethic and positive attitudes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Travel to job sites in company vehicles Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning) Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems Work with a team to complete primarily 1-day installs Maintain clean and safe job sites Load/unload materials and equipment

PAY & SCHEDULE

Typical earnings: $1,000•1,750+/week 40-50 hours per week Monday-Friday schedule with some Saturdays as needed Overtime opportunities available

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Construction, flooring, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50-60 lbs regularly Valid driver's license required Comfortable driving trucks and trailers Reliable transportation to/from shop Strong work ethic and team mentality
