Flooring Installer:
Assist with installing and repairing commercial and industrial concrete and epoxy flooring systems. Prepare job sites and surfaces for flooring applications. Measure, lay out, cut, and align materials accurately based on project requirements. Mix and apply flooring materials according to project specifications while learning proper installation techniques. Operate a variety of tools and equipment safely as you build your skills through hands-on training. Follow project plans, diagrams, specifications, and company safety procedures. Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment while keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe. Support your team and our customers by communicating well, following directions, and helping projects run smoothly.
Our Ideal Flooring Installer:
Hands-On Experience:
At least 1 year of flooring installation experience; concrete, epoxy flooring, or commercial construction experience is a plus.
Dependable Work Ethic:
You show up consistently, work hard, and can be counted on by your team.
Team Mindset:
Follow directions well and are ready to learn from experienced installers and project leaders. Ready for
Physical Work:
Able to lift or push up to 100 lbs., spend extended periods standing, bending, or kneeling, and work in outdoor or dusty indoor environments.
Travel Ready:
You're comfortable traveling to job sites, typically within 1-2 hours of Kinzers, with occasional overnight assignments.
