Valid driver's license. Smartphone/Computer aptitude required Willing to work overtime Travel-mostly 1/2 hour from shop or less-high % up to 20 minutes or less daily from shop Construction skills-other trade experience extremely valuable-drywall/carpentry/tile/flooring
