$1,000-$2200+ Full-Time | Day Shift | Paid Training | Growth Opportunity About the Role Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is actively hiring a Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer for our New Kensington warehouse and surrounding territory. We are looking for someone with experience in epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, decorative concrete, coatings installation, polyaspartic systems, or general construction who can lead crews, complete high-quality installs, and help train newer technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role with a fast-growing company specializing in: Epoxy flooring Polyaspartic floor coatings Concrete resurfacing Garage floor coatings Basement floor systems Patio & exterior coatings Commercial and residential concrete coatings Responsibilities Lead and manage installation crews on residential and commercial projects Install epoxy and polyaspartic concrete coating systems Perform concrete grinding, crack repair, patching, and surface preparation Operate grinders, mixers, vacuums, and installation equipment Load/unload materials and maintain company vehicles/trailers Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally Communicate with customers on-site and provide excellent customer service Train and mentor newer technicians Maintain clean and organized job sites What We Offer Paid training Career growth into Foreman / Production Management roles Company vehicles and equipment Supportive team environment Fast-growing company with advancement opportunities Experience 1 year experience in any of the following (Required) Epoxy flooring installation Concrete coatings Polyaspartic systems Decorative concrete Concrete grinding/prep Preferred Crew leadership or foreman experience Requirements Valid driver's license required Comfortable driving company trucks and trailers Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to work on your feet throughout the day Reliable transportation to our warehouse Comfortable with travel to job sites Comfortable with occasional overnight travel when needed Schedule Monday-Friday Day shift Occasional Saturdays based on production schedule
