Job Description
Experienced Remodeler / Tile Installer $35-$45 Per Hour Keystone Property Solutions LLC Full-Time W-2 | 4-Day Work Week | Year-Round Work Keystone Property Solutions is looking for one experienced, well-rounded remodeler who is especially strong in tile work to join our team. We're not looking for a helper or someone just getting started in the trades. We're looking for someone who can walk onto a remodeling project, understand what needs to be done, and produce professional-quality work without needing someone standing over them all day. If you're good at what you do, we're willing to pay for it. What We're Looking For Tile experience is a must. You should be comfortable taking a bathroom or shower from prep through finished tile, including: Shower waterproofing Wedi, Schluter or similar systems Shower pans, curbs, niches and benches Proper tile layout Large-format tile Wall and floor tile Grouting and caulking Clean, detailed finish work But this is NOT a tile-only position. We're a full-service remodeling company. Depending on the project and the day, you may also be doing: Demolition Drywall installation and repairs Interior trim and finish carpentry Flooring Cabinet installation Doors and hardware Painting and touch-ups Punch-list work General residential remodeling We're looking for someone who can set a beautiful shower one week and jump in with the crew on drywall, trim or finish work the next. Nobody on our team is "too good" to help get a project finished. The Person We're Trying to Find Skill matters, but so does how you work. We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in craftsmanship Pays attention to details Shows up consistently and on time Can work independently Works well with other tradesmen Keeps an organized and clean work area Respects customers and their homes Communicates when they see a problem Wants to be part of a team Doesn't need to be the boss to take ownership of their work You should have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to report to our shop. What We Offer $35-$45+ per hour based on experience and demonstrated ability. If you're an exceptional candidate, we're willing to discuss compensation beyond that range.
