Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, hard working flooring installer assistant to join our team. No prior flooring experience is required. We will train the right person. If you are a motivated, eager to learn a skilled trade, and don't mind hard physical work, we want to hear from you.
Duties Site prep:
Help set up the job site, carry materials, and organize tools.
Tear out:
Help rip up and remove old flooring and clean up debris.
Installation support:
Assist skilled installers with measuring, cutting, and prepping floors.
Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the day. Experience Prior flooring, handyman, or renovation experience is a great bonus but not required. We are fully willing to train anyone who brings a strong work ethic and desire to learn the trade.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
