Job Description
Floor Coating Technician EXP - Commerical/Industrial Coating Applications 1. At Wexford Contracting, the Floor Coating Technician should have an understanding of epoxy coatings, urethane cements, and self-leveling underlayment applications such as Ardex materials. This role requires preparation of the floor surface via mechanical means (diamond grinding, shot blasting) in order to accept a coating system, so technicians can expect to operate heavy equipment as needed. Projects are commercial/industrial, non-residential. 2. For consideration, a basic understanding of a 2-part epoxy material and its application requirements (surface prep, material mixing, installation, environmental factors) is a plus. 3. Experience in Polished Concrete Floor work
