Hadinger Flooring is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Field Measure Specialist . In this role, you'll travel in a company-provided vehicle to homes and construction sites throughout Southwest Florida, collecting accurate measurements and jobsite information for upcoming flooring projects.

• Industry experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train someone who's reliable and has a strong work history!
• This position involves working independently in customers' homes and on private properties. Successful completion of a background check and drug test are required.
• Your Day-to-Day Travel to residential homes, new construction sites, and other project locations to take flooring measurements Measure rooms and spaces accurately and document jobsite details Evaluate jobsite conditions and identify anything that may affect the installation Take photos and record relevant project information for our sales and installation teams Prepare digital takeoffs and calculate material quantities Communicate with customers, sales consultants, project managers, and other team members as needed Provide a professional, courteous experience while working in customers' homes Keep company-provided vehicle, tools, and measuring equipment organized and well maintained What Matters Most to Us Punctuality Dependability Attention to detail Organization Professionalism Basic math skills Good communication skills (verbal and written, in-person and phone) Good with technology (computers, tablets, iPhone) Ability to work independently AND collaborate with team members Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Hadinger?
