Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Measure/Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will visit customers' homes or businesses to accurately measure spaces, assess job site conditions, and prepare estimates that ensure successful flooring installations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform accurate field measurements.
• Assess job site conditions and identify any installation challenges.
• Record measurements, notes, and photos using company software.
• Prepare accurate material calculations and installation estimates.
• Communicate findings with the sales and installation teams.
• Explain the measurement process and answer customer questions professionally.
• Ensure all information is complete and accurate before installation is scheduled.
• Maintain a clean driving record and safely operate a company vehicle. Qualifications
• Previous flooring, construction, remodeling, or measuring experience preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, or computers for documentation.
