Hadinger Flooring — one of the most established and highly reviewed flooring retailers in the United States — is seeking a sharp, reliable Measure Technician to support our growing volume of high-end residential and builder projects. This is a key role in our sales and installation process. The right person ensures projects start correctly by accurately measuring job sites, identifying installation requirements, and gathering the critical details needed for a smooth customer experience from sale to installation. What You'll Do:

Perform accurate in-home and jobsite measurements for flooring and renovation projects Identify site conditions, potential installation challenges, and scope considerations Create digital takeoffs and material calculations with a strong attention to detail Communicate clearly with sales consultants, project managers, and customers Represent the Hadinger brand professionally in customers' homes and on construction sites Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

What We're Looking For:
