Garage Upgrade Pros is seeking a Working Lead Installer to oversee and perform installation projects for garage storage systems, concrete floor coating, and related products. This role combines hands‑on installation work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Because this position involves daily travel to job sites and transporting materials, candidates must live within 30 minutes of our base of operations in Catawba, SC. Key Responsibilities Perform installation work, including flooring, storage systems, and custom garage solutions Lead and direct a small installation team while working alongside them Manage job site setup, workflow, and safety Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity Load, secure, transport, and unload materials and equipment Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Complete job documentation, including notes, measurements, and photos Required Qualifications Ability to back and maneuver a trailer is preferred Must live within 30 minutes of Catawba, SC Hands‑on experience in construction, carpentry, flooring, or similar trades Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
