Carpet One Columbia is looking for experienced, professional carpet installers and installation crews for ongoing residential and commercial projects throughout the Columbia area.

Please note:

Compensation is paid per completed installation/job, not hourly . Any hourly range displayed on Indeed is an estimated equivalent only due to Indeed's posting requirements. REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must : Have professional carpet installation experience Have their own professional tools and equipment Have reliable transportation Carry appropriate liability insurance Be bonded as required Have their own qualified helpers/crew for jobs requiring additional installers Be experienced with both residential and commercial installations Be dependable and maintain agreed-upon installation schedules Maintain clean, professional job sites Have strong customer service and communication skills Treat customers, their homes, businesses, and property professionally and respectfully Stand behind the quality of their workmanship Installation Work Projects may include: Stretch-in carpet Glue-down carpet Patterned and specialty carpet Carpet tile Stairs and landings Whole-home carpet installations Residential replacement projects New construction Commercial installations Custom and higher-end residential projects Experience with patterned carpet, stairs, seams, specialty products, and higher-end installations is especially valuable. What We're Looking For Our installers represent Carpet One in our customers' homes and businesses, so quality workmanship and excellent customer rapport are equally important . We're looking for experienced professionals who show up when expected, communicate well, work efficiently, maintain a professional appearance and job site, and take pride in delivering a finished installation that both the customer and our company can stand behind.
