The lead installer assigned to the project must be on-site for the duration of the installation. Jobs may not be subcontracted or reassigned to another crew or installer. Represent Chuck's Flooring professionally while working in customers' homes. Wear Chuck's Flooring company shirts while on every job. you must not violate If a homeowner requests a business card or asks who completed the work, you will provide Chuck's Flooring business cards and represent Chuck's Flooring—not your personal business or another company. All customer referrals generated while working on Chuck's Flooring projects belong to Chuck's Flooring. We are looking for installers who want to build a long-term relationship with our company and help maintain the 5-star reputation we've worked hard to earn.
