Floor Coating Installer Select Painting LLC — Harrisburg, SD Full-time | On-site | $19.00 - $23.00/hour DOE Job Summary A floor coating installer works closely with their project foreman to complete coating installations with exceptional quality and provide support in completing tasks following directions. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and consistent communication with team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare the concrete surface for product installation Follow precise production installation instructions accommodating the proper timelines of curing product. Keep tools and equipment in good working order by organizing and tracking the maintenance schedule Follow all safety protocols with chemicals and equipment Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities Embraces change Proven Problem Solver Self Motivated Collaborative Time management Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately A plus if you have experience in: Hand Tools Industrial floor equipment Mixing and handling 2 part materials Concrete repair or surface preparation Previous construction, coatings, or flooring experience Physical & General Requirements Work on your knees Wear a respirator Stand for long periods Lift 100lbs.
